This page explains how estimates, scheduling, deposits, materials, payment, and scope approvals work so you know what to expect before your appointment is booked.
Most jobs can be quoted from photos and a clear description of the work. When a project needs an on-site walkthrough before pricing, we will let you know that up front. Appointments are confirmed upon estimate approval or deposit.
Free estimates are available for most jobs based on photos and project details. If an in-person quote visit is needed, a $50 site visit fee may apply and will be credited toward the job.
When a property needs to be seen in person before pricing, the visit will be treated as a quote visit or scope review. If a site visit fee applies, it is credited toward the approved job.
Minimum service call is $150.
Deposits may be required for larger jobs, material-heavy projects, special-order materials, or reserved time blocks. Appointments are confirmed upon estimate approval or deposit.
Accepted payment methods are cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards.
Card payments include a 3% processing fee.
Checks must clear. Do not accept third-party or overpayment checks.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion.
Any additional work outside the approved scope must be discussed and approved before continuing.
Please provide as much notice as possible if rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service charge when significant time has already been reserved.
Customer-supplied materials are allowed. If materials are sourced by A1 Property Solutions, those costs must be approved and billed separately.
Any workmanship concerns should be reported within 7 calendar days of job completion so they can be reviewed promptly and in good faith.
