How pricing works: Single-item jobs may be quoted at a flat rate. If you have multiple small tasks, they are usually completed as part of a service visit. Service visits start at $150 and include up to ~2 hours of labor. Additional time is billed at $95/hour. Larger projects are quoted separately based on scope. Commercial work is typically structured around defined service visits, scoped jobs, or recurring maintenance plans. Maintenance plans are priced separately from one-time service visits.
1. Pick the closest pricing path

Homeowners usually start with residential pricing. Landlords, property managers, and business owners usually start with commercial pricing. Restaurants and cafes should use the HVAC/R page.

2. Use photos for the fastest estimate

Texting photos and a short description is usually the quickest way to get pointed to the right rate and next step without waiting on a site visit.

3. Call or text if you are unsure

If the job overlaps more than one category, we will help you sort it out quickly and point you to the right pricing path before anything gets scheduled.

Common Questions

Pricing FAQs

How do estimates work?
Free estimates are available for most jobs based on photos and project details. If an in-person quote visit is needed, a $50 site visit fee may apply and will be credited toward the job.
How do residential service visits work?
Single-item jobs may be quoted at a flat rate. If you have multiple small tasks, they are usually handled during a service visit. Service visits start at $150 and include up to ~2 hours of labor. Additional time is billed at $95/hour. Larger projects are quoted separately based on scope.
Are materials included in the prices?
Most prices are for labor only unless otherwise noted. Materials are billed separately at cost and approved with you upfront.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits may be required for larger jobs, material-heavy projects, special-order materials, or reserved time blocks. Appointments are confirmed upon estimate approval or deposit.
How does the A1 HomeShield Plan work?
You pay once per year and get two seasonal visits. The plan is built around routine upkeep items, simple check-ins, and easier scheduling for homeowners who want regular maintenance support without managing every reminder themselves.
Can I bundle cleanup services?
Absolutely. Bundling cleanup, gutters, trimming, and light washing into one visit usually saves both time and money.
What if the job takes longer than expected?
If a job runs beyond the approved scope, we stop and communicate with you before doing any additional billable work. No surprise invoices.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit or debit cards. Card payments include a 3% processing fee. Checks must clear. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion.
