These terms are meant to support straightforward communication, fair scheduling, and clear scope approval across residential, commercial, and restaurant service work.

All work is performed based on the agreed estimate or scope. Any additional work must be discussed, approved before proceeding, and may result in additional charges.
Estimates are based on information provided at the time. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ, additional work is required, or access, materials, or hidden conditions affect the scope.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for larger jobs, material purchases, special-order items, or reserved time blocks. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, late fees where permitted, or collection action if necessary.
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and ensure availability at the scheduled time. A1 Property Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by no-shows, tenant issues, restricted access, unsafe conditions, weather delays, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service charge when significant time has already been reserved.
Customer-supplied materials are allowed. A1 Property Solutions is not responsible for defective, incorrect, delayed, or incompatible customer-supplied materials. If materials are sourced by A1 Property Solutions, those costs must be approved and billed separately.
Reasonable care is taken during all work. Minor incidental damage may occur during normal service activity. A1 Property Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, latent defects, or deterioration not caused by its work.
Some projects may require permits, inspections, or separately licensed trades depending on scope and municipality. If a project requires that level of work, it will be addressed before the job proceeds. A1 Property Solutions does not represent that every project can be completed without additional permit or trade requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, A1 Property Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, delays outside reasonable control, or losses arising from pre-existing property conditions or customer-supplied materials.
A1 Property Solutions reserves the right to refuse service or stop work if conditions are unsafe, payment terms are not being met, access is not available, or customer behavior is inappropriate.
Any workmanship concerns should be reported within 7 calendar days of job completion so they can be reviewed promptly and in good faith.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
