What Homeowners Need
Pricing That Matches Real Home Maintenance
Most residential jobs in Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Somerville, Newton, and nearby towns fall into one of three buckets: a one-time repair visit, seasonal upkeep, or recurring maintenance. We quote each one clearly so you know what is included before we schedule the work.
How residential pricing works: Single-item jobs may be quoted at a flat rate. If you have multiple small tasks, they are usually completed as part of a service visit. Service visits start at $150 and include up to ~2 hours of labor. Additional time is billed at $95/hour. Larger projects are quoted separately based on scope.
Many of the small interior services listed on this page may also be a fit for renters and tenants, including mounting, assembly, punch-list work, and other approved non-structural jobs. Tenants should confirm approval for any work that requires landlord or property-management authorization.
All work is handled or overseen directly by the owner to ensure consistent quality and communication.
